1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2‑4 business days after payment confirmation and final approval of your uniform design.
- Customized orders may take longer; please allow up to 10 business days for production depending on the complexity and quantity.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- All custom uniform orders must meet the minimum order quantity as specified on the product page.
3. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
- We ship locally within the UAE, and internationally to select countries (list to be provided).
- We use reliable shipping carriers (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local courier services) for safe, trackable delivery.
4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size of order.
- Free shipping applies for orders over a specified value (e.g. AED X) within the UAE.
- For international orders, shipping costs may be higher and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delivery Times
- UAE: typically 2‑5 business days after dispatch.
- International: depending on the destination, 7‑21 business days after dispatch.
- Delays due to customs, duties, or unforeseen events may occur; we are not responsible for custom clearance delays.
6. Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your shipment and get delivery estimates via the courier’s website.
7. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
- For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and items and notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
- We will investigate with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund if the damage is confirmed.
- For lost orders, claims will be made with the courier; replacement or refund provided based on courier’s outcome and proof of loss.
9. Returns & Exchanges
- Uniform customizations are non‑refundable except in cases of defects or errors by us.
- For sizing issues or defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof; we may offer a replacement or discount.
